Buzzly helps teach the Fire Safety Boy Scout Merit Badge

 Buzzly and his Tree House Buddies helped the Boy Scouts from West Central Georgia earn the Boy Scout Fire Safety Merit Badge recently at the third annual Atlanta Area Boy Scout Merit Badge Day.  Over 500 Boy Scouts attended the event, designed to bring in various professionals from their industry and area of expertise to give the Scouts hands on experience of the particular topics.  In addition to the vigorous classroom studies, Buzzly accompanied the Scouts to a local fire department to learn the proper use of fire extinguishers, the importance of fire safety and the many fire safety careers that are available to pursue. Although the day was an outstanding learning opportunity, members of the Buzzly's class managed to have some "goof off time" too!
